Fabulous Fibre
I got a super awesome deal on some llama fibre on Ravely. One pound and 15 oz for $30. YES, $30. It still has the guard hairs in it, but I still feel like I will be able to spin it loose enough to keep it soft. Mmmm, llama. This means I get a whole sweater made from llama at some point in the future.
So pretty!
I also got my February fibre subscription from Hello Yarn. It’s BFL, which is always lovely. I have doubles so I received a whopping 10oz. of this lovely stuff. I obviously can’t spin either of these fibres until I get my wheel out of storage.
Have you guys seen this magazine? It’s called “Wild Fibers”, and it’s pretty cool. It’s not a knitting mag, or a spinning mag, or a crochet mag. It’s really just a fibre magazine. This issue had some really interesting articles, one of which was about the elusive Vicuna fibre that I am obsessed with. Oh god, how I wish I was absolutely loaded. One day, my pretties, one day.
Aren’t they adorable? I love them. I want one for a pet.
The magazine is interesting if you are into stories about the farms and the animals behind all the fibrey goodness we happen to be obsessed with. You should check it out!

I have a couple of those magazines, but haven’t read them yet. For some reason your club fiber looks darker than mine. So odd. I think I like it better darker.

You can have one for a pet. Or a Paco-Vicuna. Aren’t they like $125,000? You may have to go on another stash diet.
And the llama is lovely. I can’t wait to pet it!
And I agree with Michelle - your fiber club looks darker than mine.
