Just Busy
Work has been kicking my ass, and as such I have needed to drink a lot of wine in my off time. But I am knitting, even if the blog has been slow. Here is a quick three picture snapshot of knitting and spinning things:
1. I made Malabrigo. Kinda. Well, it’s actually a merino cashmere blend, but it worked and I believe next I will use some merino I have kicking around to do the real thing. Now to dye it.
2. I started some socks with the self-striping yarn I dyed. They are cute, and going crazy-quick.
3. The second Gretel hat is complete. It’s cute, and warm. I think my friend Michelle will like it.

Love the sock! Those are actually the colors I’ve picked out for my wedding. Glad someone else besides me likes the way those colors look together.

Love that striping yarn you dyed, that teal blue/brown colourway is amazing. And your gretel hat is fab!
