Productivity
I had a hugely successful weekend full of taking fall pictures, enjoying farm stands, and getting knitting done. I loved it. In fact, I don’t remember having a better weekend in a long time.
The shippo tail scarf is now complete, and my sister-in-law helped me by modeling it for me. It’s very crunchy and weird, but I love it and am glad I made it.
After finishing this scarf I spent a good several hours organizing my stash. I love organizing in only the way that someone with OCD can. It’s a beautiful thing that makes me feel relaxed, calm and composed. My stash seems so much more manageable and I even updated the yarns I have for sale or trade on my Ravelry trade page. Feel free to check them out and drop me a message if you’re interested in helping me with my fall stash cleaning!
I have also cast on for the Baby Surprise Jacket that will nearly finish off the baby set I am working on. This is absolutely zipping by. I don’t remember knitting something that seemed to go by so quickly in a while. I love it because I am eager to cast on for some sweaters, cold weather is a-comin’!
Now, you all already know who made me this yarn and the mini-obsession I have with her colourways. I stalked her shop update this last week and actually managed to purchase things during the five minutes items were actually in stock. Yay!
Some roving, in “Circus, Circus”. I love it:
And some more sock yarns, first in “Tar” then in “Lots of Blue”. Yes, I will be casting on for some sock travel projects as soon as I am done the BSJ:
Ahhhhhh. Adrian, your name should be “Genius”.

I was ogling your yarn and fiber on Ravelry. I didn’t get to Hello Yarn until 20 minutes after the update and it was all gone. Saving for Rhinebeck so I wouldn’t have purchased anything anyway. That is one cool scarf!
