Address and email information

When shopping, always check that you have entered the correct address and email address. If you don’t receive an email in your inbox after purchase, check your spam folder – it may land there too.

If there is an error in the email address provided, you will not receive an order confirmation.

Confidentiality

Knitfreak.com respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. The company will not disclose information about customers to third parties unless necessary to complete a transaction. Knitfreak.com will not sell your name, address, e-mail, credit card or other personal data to others.

Order confirmation / invoice

You will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided immediately after purchase. In this order confirmation/invoice, there will be a link to download the recipe. Please save the order confirmation/invoice email – the link will allow you to download the recipe again if you need it. If you lose the link, you will also lose the opportunity for further downloads.

The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
Denmark – Kroner (DKK). All amounts are in Danish Kroner.

Knitfreak.com uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means that your data is safe and cannot be read by other outsiders.

Delivery

Recipes are sent as links to  pdf files to your email address. The email will be sent immediately after payment has been completed.   The link can be used to download 5 times. Always make sure to check that you have entered your email address correctly.

If the recipe is not delivered, please contact us via our contact page

When the recipe is delivered to your email, it is important that you save it on your PC/tablet or print it. If you lose the link, it will not be resent. The link will also become inactive if you forward it to another email address (even if it is your own email address).

Right of withdrawal on digital goods
You cannot return a purchased digital product. 

By purchasing digital products/recipes, you also accept that your 14-day right of withdrawal on the digital product lapses. 

Reservations and disclaimers
We reserve the right for printing errors, typing errors and VAT and tax changes. 

Dispute/Appeals

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the complaint portal for Nævnenes Hus. The mediation team will try to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution cannot be found, you can bring the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.
